Please arrive and ride the train during your 30 min time slot and stay as long as you like before or after! We open our doors at 4pm. 

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

  1. Train tickets are non refundable but transferable to an additional date and time that is available within our 2024 Christmas season. Change of dates must be done via your online ticket 24 hours prior to your visit. These changes are subject to availability. 
  2. Late Policy: If you miss your time, we will do our best to accommodate you and your guests where there is space available on the day of your ticket, however,  we cannot guarantee you will be able to ride the train if you are late. 
  3. Transfer of ticket dates must be done through your electronic ticket and are subject to availability. On your email receipt go to View Your Passes and edit tickets.
  4. For the safety of visitors, the Greendale Acres may close attractions without notice in the event of inclement weather.
  5. If a cancellation is made due to inclement weather by Greendale Acres, you will be notified via email and will have the opportunity to transfer your ticket to another date. 
  6. By entering Greendale Acres you consent to your likeness being used, without compensation, in film or photography in conjunction with Greendale Acres advertising.
  7. Tickets will automatically be sent to your email address after your purchase and can be scanned at the gate from your phone. You do not need to print your tickets, we can find your ticket through your booking name and email.
